今回の韓国旅行では、本当にたくさんの韓国の方に助けていただきました。
感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。この旅で出会った、忘れられない優しさの場面を記録しておきたいと思います。
旅の中で出会った優しさ/Moments of Kindness During Our Trip
- 地下鉄で、何度も子どもに席を譲ってくださいました。
→ On the subway, many people kindly offered their seats to our children. - 席が空いていないときは、ご自身が立っていた安全な端の場所を子どもに譲ってくださいました。→ When there were no seats available, someone gave up their safe standing spot by the wall so my child could stand there.
- 地下鉄の乗り場が分からず困っていると、案内の方がわざわざ乗り場まで一緒に来てくださいました。→ When we were confused about where to go, a station staff member kindly walked with us all the way to the correct platform.
- マクドナルドで、子どものジュース缶の分別が分からず近くのお客さんに声をかけると、手振り身振りで丁寧に教えてくださいました。→ At McDonald’s, when we didn’t know how to sort a juice can, a nearby customer explained it to us using gestures.
- もちもちドーナツ屋さんでは、私たちが日本人だと分かると、わざわざ2階にいたお兄さんを呼んできて、日本語で対応してくださいました。→ At a chewy donut shop, when they realized we were Japanese, they kindly called a staff member from upstairs who could speak Japanese.
- T-moneyカードのチャージ機が反応せず困っていると、一度通り過ぎた若いお姉さんが戻ってきて、一緒に操作を手伝ってくださいました。→ When the T-money machine didn’t work for us, a young woman who had already walked past came back to help us.
- A’REXの改札近くで質問をすると、お姉さんが何度も丁寧に、嫌な顔ひとつせず答えてくださいました。→ Near the A’REX gate, a staff member patiently answered all our questions again and again with a smile.
- 景福宮近くで赤い服を着たガイドさんに聖水への行き方を聞くと、とても丁寧に教えてくださいました。→ Near Gyeongbokgung Palace, a guide in red kindly explained how to get to Seongsu.
- 広蔵市場の韓国料理店では、料理の説明や食べ方を、日本語も交えながら分かりやすく教えてくださいました。→ At a Korean restaurant in Gwangjang Market, the staff explained the dishes and how to eat them, using some Japanese as well.
心に残ったこと/What Stayed in My Heart
韓国の方々の優しさに支えられたおかげで、この旅はとても温かく、忘れられないものになりました。Because of the kindness of the people we met in Korea,this trip became a truly warm and memorable experience.
「私も同じように、海外の方や日本の方が困っているときに、自然に手を差し伸べられるだろうか？」そんなことを考えずにはいられませんでした。I couldn’t help but ask myself:
Would I be able to help others the same way when they are in need?
私はもう40代ですが、もっと学び、もっと経験を積んで、人の役に立てる大人でいたいと思います。Even though I am already in my 40s,I want to keep learning, gaining experience,and becoming someone who can help others.
まとめ
たくさんの優しさに出会えたこの旅は、私たち家族にとって一生の宝物です。
言葉が通じなくても、気持ちはしっかり伝わるのだと教えてもらいました。
また必ずこの国を訪れたいと思います。

This trip, filled with so much kindness, became a lifelong treasure for our family.
It reminded us that even when words don’t fully connect, feelings always do.
We truly hope to visit Korea again someday.
