ウッドデッキで鉢植えのミニバラを育てていますが、地植えのミニバラもいます。
以前2年前に地植えしたミニバラをご紹介したのですが、その１２月のお姿を記録したいと思います。I’m growing potted mini roses on my wood deck, but I also have some planted directly in the ground.I previously introduced a miniature rose that I planted in the ground two years ago, and I’d like to record how it looks this December.
成長記録 Growth Log
１１月に入りそばに植えたアジュガも葉が茶色くなってなってきました。ピンクもいいけどこのはっきりとした赤がなんともエレガント。As November began, the ajuga planted nearby also started to turn brown. Pink is lovely, but this vivid red feels especially elegant.
ちょっとしたトラブルも… A Little Trouble
よく見たら花びらをかじられていました。地植えはほったらかしてもいつの間にか花が咲いているので油断していました💦When I looked more closely, I noticed that the petals had been nibbled. Since plants grown in the ground often bloom before I know it even if I leave them alone, I let my guard down 💦
まとめ Wrap-Up
しばらくは冬のミニバラをアジュガの紅葉とともに楽しみたいと思います。For a while, I’d like to enjoy the winter miniature roses along with the autumn colors of the ajuga.
